Client Service Administrator Responsibilities: - Manage client service requests, inquiries, and communication
- Open accounts, handle money movement requests, and process trades
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Prepare materials and gather data to assist financial advisors with client meetings
- Generate and analyze office-wide database reports and assist with special projects
- Serve as a backup for other Client Service and Operations team members
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding their unique needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes in financial planning
- Document processes thoroughly to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team
Client Service Administrator Requirements: - Bachelor s or Associate s degree required or 5 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2+ years in a financial planning firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Familiarity with Calendly, DocuSign, and ShareFile preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a drive to help clients and co-workers
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
