Overview

CAM Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their Outpatient Orthopedics team in Rockville, MD. This position offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with up to 40 hours per week available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 4 hours per week are also encouraged to apply.

This role includes a sign-on bonus and mentorship support for new graduate PTs.

Caseload / Patient Population

• Collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting, treating patients of all ages.
• General orthopedic caseload.
• Physical Therapists typically treat 12 patients per day.
• The clinic uses TheraOffice, a customizable, user-friendly documentation system to streamline workflow and note-taking.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
• Bonus program: Earn over $100,000 per year based on productivity.

Job Requirements

• Eligible for Maryland state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship.
• Open to both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (minimum 4 hours/week) candidates.
