Position Overview:

PhysioWorks is expanding! We are seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our growing Outpatient Orthopedics and Work Rehabilitation clinic in Kent, WA. Whether you're looking for full-time employment or have at least 16 hours per week of availability, we'd love to hear from you! We have up to 40 hours available per week for the ideal candidate.

Caseload/Patient Population:

In this role, you'll work with a diverse caseload, including general orthopedics and work rehabilitation patients. Each Physical Therapist on our team sees 10-12 patients per day, with one-hour sessions per patient, allowing for quality, individualized care. You will have the opportunity to work with a mix of insurances and specialize in Work Conditioning and Work Hardening as part of our Work Rehabilitation Programs. Our supportive team includes both PTs and PTAs.

Work Schedule:

We offer a flexible schedule to meet the needs of both the clinic and the PT hired:

• Clinic Hours: 7 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday
• No weekends, no holidays
• Options for 4 x 10-hour shifts or 4 x 8-hour shifts are available, offering flexibility in how you structure your workweek

Compensation and Benefits:

Physical Therapists at PhysioWorks are compensated with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,700 per year, based on experience and certifications. Additional benefits include:

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Washington state licensure as a Physical Therapist
