*Responsibilities*
* Collect routine specimens.
* Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
* Provide support with personal care activities.
* Maintain and document patients' care records.
* Offer companionship and basic emotional/psychological support.
* Monitor and report patients' vital signs, temperature, and respiration.
* Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and nurses to ensure appropriate treatment plans.
* Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
* Ensure diets align with patients' restrictions, allergies, and preferences.

*Required Documents*
* *Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification* (AHA)
* *CNA State License:* New Jersey
* *COVID-19 Vaccination Card*

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
