*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our healthcare team.

* *Pay For LPN: *$39.00- $41.00 per hour
* *Pay For RN: *$44.00-$47.00 per hour

*Responsibilities (RN):*
* Patient Assessment and Care Planning
* Direct Patient Care
* Education and Patient Advocacy
* Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
* Discharge Planning

*Responsibilities (LPN):*
* Conduct patient evaluations and contribute to the care planning process.
* Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines.
* Supervise unlicensed staff in the provision of patient care.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and facility operations.

*Requirements*
* Valid RN/LPN License for NJ.
* Active BLS.
* Rehab Nursing experience is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $39.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
