*Job Summary*:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* for immediate placement at our client facility in *Ridgewood, NJ *. This is a contract position offering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Applicants must meet the qualifications outlined below before applying.

*Qualifications*:
* Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
* Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
* Preferred experience in *rehabilitative or geriatric nursing*.
* Verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if necessary.
* Current BLS/CPR certification (required for all SNFs, Behavioral Centers, ALFs, and ILFs as mandated by state law).

*Position Summary*:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and ensure patient/family satisfaction. The LPN will operate within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and will contribute to patient assessments, care planning, direct patient care, and the supervision of unlicensed staff providing care.

*Responsibilities*:
* Conduct patient evaluations and contribute to the care planning process.
* Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines.
* Supervise unlicensed staff in the provision of patient care.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and facility operations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.20 - $40.12 per hour
