Guest Service Associates (GSAs) will work with the Operations Department on match days to assist with establishing and maintaining a superior level of customer satisfaction for Chicago Stars FC fans and attendees. This is an hourly, paid position where associates are required to work at least 9 Chicago Stars FC home matches at SeatGeek Stadium.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome fans, provide directions, and distribute promotional items as fans enter the gates.
- Enhance the positive journey for fans by answering questions and ensuring any customer service issue is addressed in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Assist with pre-match check-in for special fan experiences and activities.
- Ensure a safe environment for fans by reporting any potential safety hazards.
- Assist with the execution of all on-site activations and on-field promotions.
- Assist associates with check-in for premium hospitality spaces.
- Assist with corporate partnerships, community, and ticket sales pre- match and post-match events and activities as needed.
- Assist with other fan-related match day tasks, as necessary.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work at least 9 home matches during the 2025 season.
- Must be able to undertake a combination of walking, standing, or moving throughout the match.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Must possess knowledge of the NWSL and the Chicago Stars FC
- Must be a team player who demonstrates initiative and can solve problems collaboratively.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort utilizing radio to share information
- Must have access to transportation to get to/from SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, IL
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
