As an Operations Analyst in our Chicago office, you'll be essential to the daily success of our cryptoasset trading operations. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize trading workflows, minimize settlement risk, and drive process improvements.

What you'll bring:

• Cryptoasset experience: Prior experience in settlements, trading reconciliation, or cryptoasset operations is highly desired.
• Tech Savvy: You're proficient in Excel (VBA a plus!) and eager to leverage your skills to automate processes and analyze data. Experience with Python or other programming languages is a strong asset.
