We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer / Electronics Project Manager to join a leading medical device division. This role focuses on designing and prototyping PCBs for advanced cataract and vitreoretinal ophthalmic surgical equipment while collaborating with project managers and driving engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PCB functional specification creation, prototyping, and design reviews.
• Oversee PCB bring-up, resolve design issues, and track progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless pilot production and scaling.
• Estimate resources and timelines, ensuring alignment with project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Advanced degree or MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in electronic design, PCB development, and production.
• Strong expertise in embedded systems, analog/digital design, and stepper motor drives.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer; Orcad experience is a plus.
• Experience with medical device electronics and project leadership is highly desirable.
