Valhalla, Chef Stephen Gillanders’ exclusive 14-seat tasting menu restaurant, is seeking a passionate and skilled beverage professional; to join our team. As part of an award-winning beverage program led by Beverage Director Jelena Prodan, you’ll craft cocktails with a focus on culinary techniques and pairings, while sharing stories about wine, sake, beer, mead, spirits, cocktails, and food.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and creativity
• Assist in prep for cocktails and beverage service
• Pour, serve, and educate guests about our beverage offerings
• Drop food, greet guests, and support overall service
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience, with a basic knowledge of wine
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for the craft
• A team-oriented attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Enthusiasm for learning and sharing your knowledge about beverages
