Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in overseeing project direction, planning, completion, and financial performance. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate on the estimation and bidding process, including preparing bid proposals.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project team members.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations is a plus.
