The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in overseeing project direction, planning, completion, and financial performance. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong time management and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate on the estimation and bidding process, including preparing bid proposals.
- Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project team members.
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations is a plus.
