Construction Project Manager – 12-Month W2 Contract – Clayton, NC

I am seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the construction and development phase of a significant new drug product facility in Clayton, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project within a leading organisation in the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and construction phase of a new drug product facility.
• Manage workflows for pre-work packets, utilities, maintenance, and facilities.
• Coordinate and manage interface agreements between various teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate high-level coordination across multiple departments to ensure alignment and smooth project progress.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the project.

Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in pharmaceutical construction and finished product manufacturing.
• Significant experience with greenfield projects, especially in the life sciences sector.
• Strong background in project coordination, planning, and high-level stakeholder management.
• Experience in managing interface agreements and working across various project teams.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring project success.
