Job Title : Process Manager

Shift Details : 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description :

• This person will be working on a team with both internal stakeholders and an external vendor to drive process definition and process efficiency.
• This work will involve lots of cross-functional meetings, clarifying understanding with multiple stakeholders who have differing opinions, and being able to communicate these findings back to leadership and a vendor.
• This person should be process-oriented and a data-driven decision maker.
• This person should also have some creativity and ability to think “big-picture” in designing future business processes to meet stakeholder needs.
• This person will also serve as point-of-contact to support a key product engine for the team.
