Job Title : Physical Therapist

Location : Oklahoma City, OK 73104

Duration : 03+ months contract with possible extension

Shift Details : 5 x 8 Days – 40hr/Week

Education :

• Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy.
• License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required:
• Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient responses to ensure progress.
• Contribute to discharge planning and guide patients on home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress and treatment results in medical records.
• Assist and supervise students during clinical rotations (if applicable).
• Maintain and clean department equipment.
