Job Overview

We seek an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects in Honolulu, HI. This role requires expertise in managing electrical systems that support HVAC, plumbing, and piping installations. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
• Develop schedules, coordinate procurement, and maintain cost control to ensure efficient project completion.
• Direct subcontractors, field crews, and engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration between electrical and mechanical teams.
• Ensure all electrical work meets NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and local building codes, maintaining the highest safety standards on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience in commercial mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, or piping projects).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Project for electrical system planning and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage power distribution, motor controls, and emergency backup systems for mechanical applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A local and stable work history is required.
