This Role
Project Coordinator/metaphorical plate-spinner: You’re in a constant state of update. Our Project Coordinators manage the details of technical installations (point of sale systems, phone systems, networks, access control, wireless devices, etc) for new stores and renovations on existing sites for our nation-wide customers. On a daily basis you’ll arrange for material deliveries, dispatch technicians to customer sites, update stakeholders+documentation, and respond to customer inquiries. We need someone who can filter through emails, respond appropriately (and timely) to customer inquiries, participate in meetings, and contribute to team success. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service.
Must-Haves (Basic Qualifications)
· Excellent customer service; a real people-person
· Quick, accurate responses
· Self-motivated and self-directed
· Incredible eye for detail
· Team player and sharer of knowledge
· Great communicator: both verbal and written
· Comfortable with negotiation (within given parameters)
· Associate’s degree+
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
· Bachelor’s degree
· Two years industry experience strongly preferred
