Project Coordinator


A Charlotte corporate office is hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the administrative aspects of projects from estimating to closeout. This role combines project coordination with business development and marketing tasks, making it a unique opportunity for growth within a dynamic team. Salary up to $70k with excellent bonus potential!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain project records.
  • Support the project team (managers, superintendents, directors, and accounting).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
  • Research and identify companies to add to the bid list, focusing on business development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 2+ year of project coordination (preferred).
  • QuickBooks experience (preferred).
  • Certified Notary Public (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to research and analyze potential business opportunities
