Project Coordinator
A Charlotte corporate office is hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the administrative aspects of projects from estimating to closeout. This role combines project coordination with business development and marketing tasks, making it a unique opportunity for growth within a dynamic team. Salary up to $70k with excellent bonus potential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain project records.
- Support the project team (managers, superintendents, directors, and accounting).
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
- Research and identify companies to add to the bid list, focusing on business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills :
- 2+ year of project coordination (preferred).
- QuickBooks experience (preferred).
- Certified Notary Public (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to research and analyze potential business opportunities
