We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing sports ticket sales company. Responsibilities:
- Manage Slack channels and ensure work is being completed efficiently.
- Assist with daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.
- Help track projects and deadlines to keep the team on track.
- Support the development and maintenance of office processes.
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with team members in the U.S. and the Philippines to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare and share updates, announcements, and basic performance reports.
- Help plan and organize team meetings, including tracking follow-up tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related questions and requests.
- Handle sensitive information professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); willing to learn new systems.
- A proactive attitude and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Experience with Slack is a preferred.
