Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to sales operations, manage contracts, and contribute to marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a key part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to optimize performance.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring contracts, bid responses, and agreements for clients, including schools and universities.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship events.
  • Manage manufacturer discount structures and communicate updates to the team.
  • Prepare quotes, generate purchase orders, and handle monthly sales reporting.
  • Support marketing activities, including social media, digital campaigns, and graphic design tasks.
  • Evaluate and lead bid project responses, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and understanding client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative and sales support experience.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as social media platforms and graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Versatile, proactive, and a natural problem solver.
  • Technologically savvy and capable of adapting to various software and systems.
Additional Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
  • Start Date: As soon as possible (flexibility for a two-week notice).
