Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst with hands-on experience in supporting and operating modern integration applications in on-premises and public cloud environments.
The role involves operating integration solutions, following organizational operating procedures and SDLC guidelines, and working closely with internal technical teams to design, prototype, develop, and maintain complex applications.
The position also includes evaluating non-functional requirements, processing changes and fixes, minimizing application risks, and providing technical support for the application suite and related interfaces.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operate integration components.
• Perform system integration and performance monitoring.
• Continuously automate processes during operations.
• Develop prototypes to validate operational designs and delivery patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Development, Operations, Compliance, and Security.
• Convey team goals effectively through strong written and verbal communication.
• Analyze current application processes and recommend improvements.
• Participate in high-level design reviews.
• Develop and sustain a deep understanding of business applications.
• Identify and act on functional and technical design and system architecture improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace APM.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Shell, or similar technologies.
• Experience with integration middleware like TIBCO, Kafka, ActiveMQ, API Gateway, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, preferably with Oracle.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably Openshift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of integration patterns using REST APIs, WSDL/XSD, OpenAPI, etc.
• Experience with Azure messaging solutions such as API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Event Hub.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, xMatters, and other incident management technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
