Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation of technology and process improvements for the Client program. This role involves analyzing workflows, identifying areas for enhancement, and integrating new technologies to improve program efficiency. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate change management efforts, and ensure solutions meet the needs of program participants. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Adobe Pro, and Visio and a strong commitment to working with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities
•Analyze current Client processes and identify opportunities for technology-driven enhancements.
•Design and optimize workflows using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
•Collaborate with the Project Manager, Client staff, and participants to define requirements and specifications.
•Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making and project impact evaluation.
•Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
•Create process maps, user guides, and training resources using Adobe Pro and Visio.
•Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and participants on new workflows and systems.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in social services or workforce development programs.
•Proficiency in SharePoint design/administration, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Adobe Pro, and Visio.
•Experience in change management and working effectively with diverse populations.
•Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in social services or workforce development programs.
Certifications
•Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
