  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems that ensure the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • You will play a critical role in enhancing our production capabilities while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process data and implement quality assurance measures.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
  • Fabricate control system components as necessary, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including procedures and protocols for data collection and analysis.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving quality management practices within the organization.
  • Provide training and support to junior engineers on quality control techniques and best practices.
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on quality systems.
  • Experience in the weapon industry preferred.
  • CMM experience is required.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, including QA/QC processes and quality audits.
  • Experience in data collection techniques and the ability to analyze data effectively for decision-making purposes.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection processes and standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
