A law firm seeks an experienced corporate attorney to join its transactional corporate law practice in downtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to attract and retain business, focusing on handling various corporate matters such as entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. The role requires a proactive, independent attorney with a solid work ethic and comfortable managing various legal responsibilities.Duties:Advise clients on matters related to corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital investments.Handle entity formation and business structuring, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Provide counsel on corporate governance and best practices for business organizations.Assist clients in navigating securities laws and regulatory compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate various business agreements, including partnership, shareholder, and purchase agreements.Work closely with clients to identify risks, provide strategic legal advice, and develop solutions for complex business transactions.Collaborate with other legal professionals to support client objectives and ensure successful outcomes.Requirements:Significant experience in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity, and corporate governance.Proven ability to independently manage a diverse range of transactional legal matters.Strong business development skills with a track record of attracting and retaining clients.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Arizona, in good standing.Skills:Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Expertise in corporate transactions and business organization matters.Ability to effectively manage client relationships and provide tailored legal advice.Proficiency in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents.Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
