National law firm specializing in personal injury litigation is looking for a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney specializing in managing and facilitating legal matters related to personal injury cases before they reach the litigation phase. Candidate will work to ensure that clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents or negligence receive appropriate compensation from responsible parties. The primary focus of this role is to negotiate settlements, coordinate with insurance companies, and prepare cases for potential litigation if a settlement cannot be reached. Ideal candidate will also be Bi-Lingual/Spanish. This position is on site at the firm's Pheonix, AZ office.

Qualifications: - Must have an active Arizona Bar license in good standing and must have graduated from an accredited law school.
- Must have 3+ years law firm experience, experience in pre-litigation personal injury work is preferred but not always required.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
- Must have a strong understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Must have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Must be proficient in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be empathetic and client-focused approach to handling cases.
