National law firm specializing in personal injury litigation with a strong track record of success is seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. Ideal candidates are diligent and positive workers, able to work in a team atmosphere, self-starters and eager to learn and advance. This is remote but based in Boca Raton, FL, candidates must be barred and live in the state of Florida.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of potential claims.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights and options.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in the personal injury field.
Qualifications:
  • Must have an active Florida bar license in good standing and must have graduated from an accredited law school.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-10 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
  • Must have significant law firm experience.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Must have excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
