Job Description:
As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving growth by building relationships, understanding the needs of the market, and delivering tailored technology solutions. The Account Executive will focus on the interaction with our partners and customers. This role will require you to provide product demonstrations and support the sales team on calls and travel to partners and/or customers as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- 100% emphasis on net new business. Conduct cold and warm calls and emails.
- Manage a territory with a balanced focus on new client acquisition and expanding relationships with Centers of Influence.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to consistently meet sales targets, providing regular reports on activities and progress.?
- Maintain an accurate record of your activities and opportunities within CRM (HubSpot).?
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $80-$90k
- Month 1: Full month guarantee (training)
- Month 2: setting up two 1st time appointments
- Month 3: setting up four 1st time appointments
- Month 4: small bookings target (will receive full guarantee or greater)
- Variable Compensation: 50/50 split
- 1st-year realistic total compensation of $180k
- NO cap on a variable which is aggressive for this industry
