We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will support the marketing team with administrative tasks, research, and coordination of marketing efforts. Pay Range: $950 - $1300 per week
Key Responsibilities - Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials, brochures, and promotional items.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Coordinate meetings and communications between marketing team members and other departments.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records of marketing activities and budgets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
