Five 8hr shifts per week
•3.5 MD/ 9 CRNA Anesthesia Care Team Model
•206 licensed beds
•EMR - EPIC
•6 ORs, 1 OB, 2 Digestive Health Rooms, 8 L&D Rooms, 1 OB prep/recovery room, 1 OB OR. OB located on different wing and floor than main OR's
•7200 annual cases
•850 OB cases
•Cases include
•Has general, ortho, straight-forward cases, endo, OB
•No hearts, no heads
•Call
•Physicians - 1:5
•CRNAs - beeper call
•Beeper call around 1:7 (CRNA is primary responded on call with physician back up) 30 min response time
•Medically supervision
Requirements
IL License, NBCRNA, ACLS, BCLS, PALS
