ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE
Our client seeks an Associate attorney with 3-7 years of mergers and acquisitions and/or general corporate experience to join its M&A practice in the Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit or West Palm Beach office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract review and drafting corporate documents such as purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, operating/shareholder agreements and related transaction documents. Experience with private equity and/or private company matters preferred. Applicants should have outstanding academic credentials, excellent communication and drafting skills, and be highly motivated to be part of a national team.
