Job Overview:
Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment to patients, ensuring quality care and positive outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and supervise aides and assistants to support patient recovery. Maintain clear communication with the care team and document patient progress accurately.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy assistants and aides.
• Provide hands-on care and custom splinting for complex cases.
• Communicate patient status with physicians, case managers, and payers.
• Ensure compliance with state, Medicare, and safety standards.
• Participate in continuing education, clinical internships, and new program development.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OT/OTA program with relevant licensure.
