Key Responsibilities: - Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to therapy assistants and aides.
- Provide hands-on care and custom splinting for complex cases.
- Communicate patient status with physicians, case managers, and payers.
- Ensure compliance with state, Medicare, and safety standards.
- Participate in continuing education, clinical internships, and new program development.
Requirements: - Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OT/OTA program with relevant licensure.
