Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Washington required.
- Three years of experience in Employee Health preferred.
Hours and Compensation: - Full-time position; day shift starting at 6 AM.
- Salary range: $45.68 - $61.48 per hour, depending on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance up to $5,000.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive employee and occupational health services across all healthcare locations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Implement and manage employee safety and wellness programs.
- Educate and guide employees on health matters.
- Maintain accurate health records and manage employee health programs.
- Administer immunizations and manage necessary supplies.
- Update health and safety procedures and policies as needed.
- Monitor data for state and federal reporting.
- Follow up on employee injuries and exposures, providing recommendations for prevention.
- Support the development of strategies to enhance employee productivity and safety.
- Assist Human Resources with ADA-related discussions and recommendations.
- Serve as a resource for management, staff, and providers on health and safety issues.
- Adhere to safe work practices and organizational policies.
