Vortex® is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Project Coordinator to support bringing Marketing initiatives to life. Join our marketing project management team to facilitate project organization, planning, tracking, execution, and analysis.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with the Marketing Managers to define project details and execute on project planning.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels related to projects.
- Create and oversee project schedule, deadlines, and assist with project post-completion analysis.
- Monitor the daily progress of projects and provide detailed updates to project stakeholder.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate key components of projects and ensure delivery within defined time constraints.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
- Oversee project POs and assist with tracking budget where necessary.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Manage and solve problems in an unpredictable and fast-paced environment.
- Assist in the coordination and management of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Regularly lead teams and resolve any conflict that may arise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Passion for project management and knowledge of various project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience facilitating meetings and work groups.
- Must be comfortable around dogs and firearms.
Preferred Experience and Skills - Post-secondary degree and 2+ years relevant experience (or equivalent combination) pertaining to project management, event management, marketing, communications, or related areas.
