Summary The Marketing Project Coordinator will support project management for Marketing deliverables needed in omnichannel campaigns, digital marketing, site assets, print, brand, and packaging from project intake through asset delivery. This role ensures creative disciplines and needs are considered, aligns requests to the appropriate workstream, maintains standards, and balances creation of the most professional, high-quality output while driving department efficiency.
The Marketing Project Coordinator serves as a cross-departmental liaison between an internal client and the Marketing teams, aligning on goals and objectives of a marketing or creative project to ensure successful, on-time execution and delivery of requested assets. They will negotiate time, resources and scope the project with their business partners. The Project Coordinator will create the project in project management software to be able to track the project, evaluate capacity, providing reports to the marketing leadership team.

Project Coordination - Act as the liaison between internal departments and the Buckle Marketing and Creative Teams.
- Assist in all aspects of project management, including requirements gathering, planning, entering the project into project management software, and monitoring through completion.
- Create and maintain project plans, including setting targets for milestones and project timelines, adhering to deadlines and budget, and allocating resources per campaign using project management software.
- Analyze and resolve issues throughout the entire project life cycle (from strategy to final asset delivery), including market optimization, process improvements.
- Review briefs submitted to the Marketing Team and collaborate with Marketing and Creative Team Leaders on process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to identify target markets, convey project objectives, oversee project production stages, and ensure timely reviews, approvals, and delivery.
- Communicate and monitor the progress of project timelines and deliverables in weekly internal meetings.
General - Work across several projects simultaneously while delivering measurable results.

Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Online Media, Project Management, or related field; and one to two years' experience or training in a related field; or combination of education and experience. Previous experience with project management best practices and tracking software is preferred but not required.
