The firm has a leading Mergers and Acquisitions practice and is seeking a highly experienced M&A Associate that has worked on very large U.S. deals for at least three years.
Job Summary
This role is ideal for candidates with 4 - 6 years of top-tier law firm private equity M&A deal experience, demonstrating expertise in running intricate transactions. The firm is seeking a corporate transactional attorney with M&A and joint venture experience. You will be given the opportunity to work directly with clients and partners.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Help run large-scale private M&A deals
2. Representing sponsors, portfolio companies and other private clients
3. Joint Ventures
4. Drafting ancillary agreements
5. Direct client communication
6. Knowledge of the latest due diligence software programs
