The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a corporate transactional attorney, with a strong focus on M&A and general corporate governance. Candidates with a top-tier academic record from a respected law school, who ideally have experience at an Am Law 20 firm, and who have demonstrated success in managing complex M&A transactions are encouraged to apply. While private equity experience is a plus, it is not required. Above all, the firm seeks a professional with a strong work ethic and who are dedicated to getting the job done right.
