Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Draft, review, and edit company documents, newsletters, and press releases.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage and track communication efforts to measure effectiveness.
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and communication best practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Experience in corporate communications or related fields is preferred.
