THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files.
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information.
- Assisting with the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Documenting and updating office procedures and administration protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred.
