About the Role

Crisis Leadership is a recruiting firm seeking a results-driven Sales Director to join our team in the Beltsville, MD, area servicing the DMV. As the director of our sales team, process, and performance, you will play a vital role in meeting/exceeding our customer needs and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill client consultations to identify painting needs and develop successful service solutions.
• Promote our services to meet/exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
• To collaborate with customers to retain and grow our existing customer base by understanding our clients' requirements and providing customized proposals.
• Analyze weekly results to set goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Hiring and managing a sales team of 4
• Provide estimates for our client's unique needs.

Requirements

• Successful prior experience in sales management (construction or painting industry preferred).
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license for travel between customer sites.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and energetic individual with strong project management skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
