Job Description The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking an associate who has 2-3 years of employment litigation experience, including dealing with employment and restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and other complex matters, and providing advice and counseling to employers. This attorney should have experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and mass layoffs issues, as well as interviewing witnesses and drafting investigation reports. In addition, this attorney will support the labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions. The base salary range is $235k-$260k.
