Job Summary: We currently have an opening for a Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient team in the Enumclaw, WA. We are looking for someone who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around and someone who is ready to help grow our organization and the field of physical therapy.
  • Pay Range : $45-50/Hours ($93000 to $114400 yearly) + Shift Differentials. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job-related factors.
  • Shift: Full-Time (With occasional weekend coverage)
  • Job Location: Enumclaw, WA - Lake Tapps Area

Position Summary:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in accordance with physicians' orders.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current State licensure for the practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Inpatient acute experience highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
  • Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
  • Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
  • Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
  • Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
