physical therapy. - Pay Range : $45-50/Hours ($93000 to $114400 yearly) + Shift Differentials. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job-related factors.

Position Summary: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in accordance with physicians' orders.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
Qualifications: - Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Inpatient acute experience highly preferred.
Physical Requirements: - Mobility: Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.
- Lifting: Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.
- Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.
- Visual and Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.
