We are currently searching for a highly motivated Business Planning Analyst at an Assistant Manager level.

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive data analysis and insights to support the identification and implementation of opportunities for operational improvements across the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operation and Admin) to ensure alignment between logistics and distribution plans and overarching business objectives.
• Employ established process improvement methodologies, operational strategies, and data analysis techniques to identify opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management, detailing logistics performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the execution of strategic planning projects and initiatives, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership and various departments to develop and implement logistics policies that align with business strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in logistics, specifically as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Management/Planning Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with logistics systems such as TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Solid understanding of financial systems, particularly SAP and DW.
• Prior experience developing and writing business requirements for automation initiatives with an understanding of operational metrics creation and maintenance.
• Strong data analysis and extensive experience with creating data models to support business decisions using sophisticated technology are highly preferred.
