Estate Planning Associate Attorney with 3+ Years of Experience

TYPICAL DAY

  • Client Management – Communicate with clients to commence an engagement, to keep the matter moving forward on a timely basis, and to make certain that the firm’s efforts are in tune with the client’s needs
  • Drafting documents
  • Meeting with clients to execute documents
  • Assist with any other legal matters as needed


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Juris Doctor Degree
  • Minimum of three years of experience
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, and friendly with a strong work ethic
  • Experience in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
  • Understanding of the state and federal tax laws, wills and trusts
  • Ability to anticipate client needs; forward-thinking and solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills


HOW TO STAND OUT

  • Prior experience in estate planning matters preferred
