Established Global Company seeks Associate General Counsel *up to $240,000 base salary*

• Looking for a true generalist to handle variety of legal matters including corporate governance, contracts, employment, and administration.
• Contracts : Negotiates, drafts and revises extended or new lease or sublease agreements.
• Employment Law : counsel and advise on a variety of employment law matters.
• Corporate Maintenance : Serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
• Leadership : Manages Company’s Sr. Corporate Counsel, HR Generalist and Facilities Department Director.

Location: near Simi Valley (Los Angeles area)

Hybrid 5 days/onsite in office, potential for 1-day WFH

• Advice and counseling internally for employees across the globe
• Litigation and Pre-litigation employment matters (most settle)
• Regulatory Compliance – data privacy, IT, policies and procedures
• Support compliance program to update employment policies, support labor commission audits

Hybrid 4-5 days/onsite in office, very flexible hours
