A bipartisan public affairs consulting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This person will provide comprehensive executive support, and bring at least 2-3 years of executive support experience. Hill experience is preferred. This is an amazing opportunity to with an exceptional team!

Status: Direct Hire

Salary: $60K

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the executives’ calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters.
• Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
• Maintains an up-to-date electronic filing system.
• Manage and book all executive air travel, land transport, and accommodation as well as communicating those arrangements with a high level of detail and follow through.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an executive support capacity.
• Hill experience preferred.
• Approachable and respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems.
• Comfortable taking the initiative when faced with administrative decisions
• Attention to detail and discretion are required.
• Experience with Microsoft office and other basic presentation and processing systems.
