Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure control system hardware, including Honeywell Experion controllers and other automation systems.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
• Test and troubleshoot hardware components to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure adherence to recommended methods and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of hardware components and coordinate returns and replacements.
• Provide documentation and technical support during commissioning and start-up.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in configuring and maintaining hardware for SIS, DCS, and PLC systems.
• Expertise in Honeywell Experion systems, including building controllers from scratch.
• Familiarity with manufacturers such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and GE Fanuc is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external manufacturers.
