Spectrum Search is working with a top real estate company in Dallas that is looking to add a newly created Senior Analyst role for its Multifamily Asset division.

This company is doing extremely well, they are going through acquisitions, and are growing quite a bit. This is an opportunity to come in and put your own stamp on the way certain processes are run.

This role will handle the following:

• Use financial models, reporting, and analysis to support the asset management function
• Involved in the due diligence, underwriting, and analysis of investment opportunities
• Prepare valuation and return reports, cash flows, ad-hoc items, and present them to executive leadership
• Lead asset management projects and work with complete Excel models

Depending on experience, this role will pay $85k-$100k + bonus + very big long-term incentive
