Role: Labor & Employment Counsellor

• Legal Representation and Advice: Represent employers in labor-related matters, including arbitrations, collective bargaining, and union campaigns, while providing strategic counsel on labor relations issues.

• Research, Drafting, and Case Preparation: Conduct labor law research, draft legal documents such as briefs and agreements, and collaborate on case strategies with clients and legal teams.

• Compliance and Industry Expertise: Stay current on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure clients remain compliant and well-informed.

Salary and benefits:

• Up to $200k + Bonus
