LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Buyer to join our client in Woodridge, IL. This full-time direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.

The Buyer will be responsible for creating purchase orders, processing invoices, communicating regularly with vendors, maintaining supplier information databases, and performing inventory reconciliations. This role would be a great fit for an applicant with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and effective time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders
• Monitor pricing with vendors and generate purchase advise reports daily
• Communicate with vendors to confirm delivery schedules and quality issues
• Perform inventory reconciliation monthly and annually
• Process invoices
• Monitor warehouse inventory
• Maintain supplier information database

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to proactively identify challenges and maximize productivity
