This role is hybrid in office (2 days per week)

We are currently partnered with a Public B2B SaaS company that is seeking a skilled Commercial counsel to assist with a wide variety of legal matters, mainly commercial focused, while supporting other areas such as privacy, product, and general corporate compliance.

This position will give you the opportunity to hone your craft as a skilled drafter and negotiator of contracts, while gaining exposure to senior leadership across the business.

The Commercial Counsel responsibilities include:

• Handling a high volume of outbound commercial agreements, mainly SaaS, but including MSA's, NDA's, etc.
• Ability to implement new frameworks and processes for the commercial legal team
• Support across areas such as product, privacy and infosec legal matters

The Commercial Counsel requirements include:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, but ideally 5-7+
• Coming from an in house B2B tech company
• JD from a top law school
• Open to being in office on a hybrid schedule
