We are working on an in-house opportunity with a structured direct lender. We are seeking an Attorney with a strong background in asset-backed lending, securitization, secured credit, private credit or similar transactions.

Role will be responsible for legal support and the negotiation of a range of credit transactions, including asset-based warehouse credit facilities, terms loans, credit restructurings, etc.

Role offers a hybrid schedule and long-term growth.

Base salary range 200-300K depending on experience plus bonus incentives
